Wait, what's a TRANSPOSITION cipher?

It's a cipher that relies on the placement or the movement of the characters in the secret message. It doesn't CHANGE any of the letters - it just moves them around so that no one can understand the message unless they have the decryption key.

Unlike substitution ciphers, which replace a letter with a symbol or a different letter, transposition ciphers have all the letters showing - they're just scrambled!

In this course, I'm intentionally choosing not to use AI to help generate any of the ciphers or codes. That's because I want you to understand every aspect of how they work, and I also want you to use your brain for the fun part: thinking about and making up your own unique puzzles! AI can be great for speeding up some elements of your work - but hand-crafting your puzzles encourages you to use your creativity and infuse your personality into your work.

In this and other trainings, I do use AI-generated images created by some of my biz buddies. I love supporting them and using their products.
